because today was so nourishing, i'm going to record what i did.

woke up
read some more Black Elk Speaks by John Niedhardt
started reading Alchemical Active Imagination by Marie Louise Von Franz
made some of Desert Lizard's homemade chamomile tea in the tea pot she gifted  me for my birthday
listened to Wait Wait Don't Tell Me
vacuumed all the cat hair out of my apt...ok 75% of it. there's so much of it.
listened to This American Life while laying on the floor. I cried during the part where Andy runs away from home in Buffalo New York to some rural town in Florida to try and live with his favorite fantasy author.
listened to Resound and finished a painting of an acorn
made the best Macaroni and cheese I've ever made, patience makes my cooking taste so much better.
painted some more
took a nap
walked to the park behind where I live and swang on the swing.
read some more Black Elk Speaks.
now I'm at Bridgeport.  The sun's almost done here, and so am I!
